Anas Amin is the founder of Arkedia Development. Our approach starts with understanding the people, decisions and information behind a workflow, then agreeing on what the software needs to do.

A useful first release does not have to include every idea. We help separate essential workflows from later improvements and explain hosting, integrations and ongoing support in a private proposal. We do not publish a universal project price because the scope and dependencies differ.

Handover and support agreed up front

Source-code ownership, access, documentation, deployment and support are defined in the project agreement. We distinguish response time from resolution time, and defect support from additional features. Contracting and invoicing details are included in your proposal.
