How we use information you share with us.

Information you send

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We use these details to understand your inquiry, respond and arrange any further project discussion. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or confidential customer records through the form.

Storage and communication

Inquiries are stored to allow follow-up and delivered to our team through email notifications. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to provide those services. Access to inquiry records is intended for the people handling your request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website operation

Hosting services may keep technical request logs, including network addresses, requested pages and error information, to operate and protect the website. The site stores your chosen language in your browser so that preference can be remembered.

Optional usage measurement

If optional Google Analytics is enabled, we ask for your consent before loading it. Analytics cookies can help measure page visits and actions such as contact-link clicks or a successfully saved inquiry. We do not send the name, email, phone number or message entered in the form to Google. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it through Analytics preferences. The contact form works without analytics consent.

Keeping information up to date

We keep inquiry information as needed to handle the discussion and related business records. If you want to correct information or request deletion, contact anas@arkedia.dev. We will review the request, confirm any details needed to identify the record and explain if a related record needs to be retained.

Business contacts we approach

We sometimes write to people at companies we think could benefit from our work, for example property developers whose website we have looked at. For that we use your name, job title, business email address and company, taken from your company's own website or other public professional sources, and checked through an email verification service. We rely on our legitimate interest in introducing our services to businesses, and we send these emails from our own outreach addresses. We do not use this information for anything else and do not share it beyond the email and verification providers that deliver the message. Every email tells you how to stop further messages: simply reply and say so. We then add your address to a do-not-contact list and keep it only for that purpose.

• You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing anas@arkedia.dev.
• If a conversation does not continue, we keep the record only as long as needed to close it.

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other websites take you to services with their own privacy terms. Information you send there is also handled under the terms of the service you use.
