Mid-deal closer for Arkedia, working with operations directors, IT heads, and program managers at federations, venue operators, conference organizers, and enterprise event departments. You open the conversation, run discovery with our team, manage the buying committee, and close. Typical deals: 200K–500K SAR, 2–4 month cycle, mid-management buyers.

Requirements

  • Active relationships with operations directors, IT heads, or program managers at federations, venue operators, conference organizers, or enterprise event departments in KSA
  • Ability to engage face-to-face, not only through LinkedIn (site visits, events, executive coffees)
  • Experience running B2B deals in the 200K–500K SAR range across 2–4 month cycles
  • Based in or with strong access to Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam
  • Professional communication. You can represent Arkedia in front of a mid-management buying committee
  • Self-directed. You do not need to be managed or reminded to follow up
  • Comfortable with consultative selling. Your job is to surface a real operational problem, not push a product
  • Understanding of the Saudi sports, events, or digital transformation landscape is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Open the conversation with operations directors, IT heads, or program managers at mid-market enterprise operators
  • Run discovery alongside Arkedia's pre-sales engineer, surfacing the real operational problem worth solving
  • Manage the buying committee through a 2–4 month cycle and close the contract
  • Focus on deals in the 200K–500K SAR range. Anything above 500K, hand to the senior closer; anything below 100K, decline
  • Stay involved post-signature for a clean handover. Protects the relationship and your reputation for the next intro

Your first 30 days

Sales partners do not start cold. In your first 30 days:

  1. Joint prospecting with the founder. The first three prospect lists are built with Anas Amin, drawing on Arkedia's active battleplan of 56 qualified Saudi enterprises across sports, events, federations, heritage, tourism, and esports.
  2. First-deal co-pilot. Anas personally joins your first three discovery calls and your first negotiation, with you in the room and in the lead. After deal #3 you operate independently if you choose to.
  3. Materials package on day one. You receive the bilingual sales deck, the methodology one-pager, the pricing matrix, the case study pack (Zotic, Shield, Sportify), proposal templates, and the active battleplan with named contacts at 56 Saudi enterprises.
  4. Live demo environment. You have credentials to a live Zotic instance and a Sportify instance, so every prospect meeting can show working software, not slides.

If after 60 days you have not surfaced a qualified opportunity, we sit down together and decide whether the relationship continues. We are not here to waste your time, and we ask the same back.
