Amlaak: real estate platform

From finding a property to following its enquiry, in one bilingual platform

Amlaak combines a real estate website with an administration portal for projects, units, enquiries, suppliers and content. Visitors can narrow their search, explore a project, review its units and register interest in a specific option. The team manages the information and follows incoming enquiries from the same system.

A property buyer needs to answer a sequence of practical questions: which city suits me, what is available, how large are the units, what do they cost and how do I get more details? A catalogue alone does not connect all of these decisions. The project page needs to carry the visitor from an overview to a specific unit and a useful enquiry.

Behind the website, the company needs to keep descriptions, photos, unit status and prices organized in Arabic and English. Sales enquiries need a follow-up status and an assigned user; supplier applications need their own review process. Amlaak brings these public and operational workflows together.

The journey begins with a searchable project catalogue. Visitors filter by city, project status, type, bedrooms and price range. A grid view presents the matching projects. Sorting and pagination help them work through the available options without losing the search context.

Each project has a photo gallery, location, description and structured specifications such as land area, built-up area, floors, parking and amenities. A unit table shows type, area, starting price and availability. A visitor can register interest in a particular unit type, carrying that choice into the enquiry form.

An indicative financing calculator lets the visitor adjust the unit price, down payment, term and annual rate to explore an estimated monthly payment. The page also presents nearby landmarks and related projects. The calculator is presented as an estimate, with no claim that it is a lender’s offer.

The administration portal manages projects, units, media and bilingual site content. Sales staff can review enquiries, assign an owner and move them through stages including new, contacted, qualified, won or lost. Supplier registration has a separate form and review queue. User roles determine which management operations are available.

The implementation connects the Angular interface to an ASP.NET Core API, SQL Server and file storage. Background processing supports queued integration work and retries. Arabic RTL and English layouts are part of the same application, with responsive pages and light and dark display options.
